Welcome to Haus of Elevé! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to protect both you and our business, and ensure you receive the best care and experience possible.

1. Appointments & Mobile Service

Haus of Elevé is a mobile med spa, which means we come to you! Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Please ensure the location you provide is accurate and accessible for your scheduled appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of $25. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will go toward your final service balance. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, and other approved forms of payment.

4. Eligibility & Health Disclosure

Clients must be 18 years or older and not be pregnant or nursing to receive treatments. By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and will disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your treatment. Haus of Elève reserves the right to refuse service if there are contraindications. It is also not recommended for use in patients who have a history of severe allergic reaction, a history of anaphylaxis, or patients with a history or presence of multiple severe allergies. You should not receive this treatment if you are currently sick, if you are taking aspirin or ibuprofen (may experience excessive bruising), or if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are prone to cold sores, the treatment may trigger a breakout.

5. Results & Expectations

All treatments are non-invasive and results may vary depending on the client. While many see noticeable improvements, results are not guaranteed and may require multiple sessions. We do not offer refunds based on individual results.

6. No Medical Claims

Haus of Elève offers beauty-enhancing treatments for cosmetic purposes only. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. We do not provide medical advice or make any health-related claims.

7. Liability

By booking and receiving services, you agree to release Haus of Elève and its technicians from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may result from services rendered, provided proper aftercare instructions are followed.

8. Privacy Policy

All client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared or sold. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Haus of Elevé reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review them before booking.
